Citrine Design created this simple site to provide an extra avenue for Progressive Property Management to advertise its listings. We installed a dynamic Content Management System (CMS) and developed a PHP application on the administrative side of the CMS to take input data on individual property listings–the system took care of the rest:  filtering, sorting, and displaying the listings to potential tenants.

For the end-user, navigation is clear and the vital information about PPM is readily available. For potential tenants, they can because a property search based on criteria they choose. For property owners interested in utilizing Progressive Property Management’s comprehensive services, descriptions of services and contact information is readily available.

The administrative functions of the site were developed to plug into PPM’s existing organizational structure–allowing authorized company employees to add, alter, and remove any listings at will. This lowers cost over time in website maintenance and permits greater information control.
