Premium Support

While we work on bugs or problems with Aceti for the next release, you might need support more immediately or simply help configuring Aceti for your site–for that, Citrine Design, the creator of Aceti, can help. Please review the terms below and submit a support request by sending your email address to Citrine Design.

 

By submitting a support request you accept the following terms (Effective August 8th 2011):

 

• The rate for premium support is $75 USD per hour; a minimum amount of $30 applies in every situation. Estimates can be provided on request, but the actual cost might be significantly more or less.
• By accepting a support offer from Citrine Design, you agree to pay the full balance due in 25 days unless an arrangement is defined before support begins. You will be invoiced after all support is completed or  at the end of a 30-day period or as arranged. All payments are accepted via Paypal or paper check.
• Aceti Dynamic SEO is open source GPL2 software without warranty; Citrine Design support does not establish warranty on Aceti Dynamic SEO. Citrine Design support does not have a warranty, but will endeavor to resolve your request using expert knowledge of Aceti Dynamic SEO.
• You may request your balance be credited in absolute entirety before the end of the 25 day grace period if Citrine Design support does not resolve your problem.
